Cyber transport systems base location?

ok so im 18 and i got my job which is cyber transport systems. my tech is aprox 4 months from what ive found on the net and from what the site says my job can be done from virtually any airforce base and im concerned about where ill be based after tech. part of me wants to try and stay near home. many people when filling their dream sheet do coastal areas and from what i understand getting those areas is less likely then other bases so my question is if i was to pick a location like scott afb, illinois or whiteman,mo or offutt, ne would i have a pretty good chance of getting one of those 3 bases since they are most likely less sought after bases? i leave for basic in 31 days and just seem to be having a hard time saying goodbye to those i care about.
