If i bring weed to smoke with a group of people and we get busted by a cop, will i get charged for dealing?

u go smoke weed with 2-5 people and a cop busts you. if he asks who's weed it is and one guy says "it's mine" will that guy get charged for dealing and get in more trouble? is it better to say everyone pitched in for the weed?
