Please help what does this mean?

please help me understand this MRI report in words that i can understand , L1-L2 within normal limits.L2-L3 there is no evidence of disk bulge,protrusion,or extrusion.there is however,facet hypertrophy and overgrowth noted bilaterally.L3-L4 within normal limits.L4-L5 shows mild broad-based disk bulge asymmetric to the right.there is mild ventral flattening of the thecal sac. there is mild narrowing of the neural foramina bilaterally, right greater than left. facet hypertrophy and overgrowth noted bilaterally.L5-S1 there is broad based disk bulge asymmetric to the periphery,predominantly left.there is hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum .there is ventral flattening of the thecal sac.there is mild to moderate narrowing of the left neural foramina.there is a mild narrowing of the right neural foramina.facet hypertrophy and overgrowth noted bilaterally.the sacroiliac joints are unremarkable.note is made of a tear of the annulus in the midline at L5-S1.anterior osteophyte formation is seen at L5.there is a hemangioma seen within the L5 vertebral body. with all that i'm in pain seems like all the time some days are worse than others.i have pain in my lower back and down my legs making it very painful to walk
