Which Coastal Scents eyeshadow pallette would you reccommend?

I am going to either get the Coastal Scents 88 shimmer or the 28 neutral pallette. Which would you recommend? PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OR BOTH OF THESE PALETTES! :)
