Massive back pain. Any experience?

I have an L4-L5 buldging disc with complete ridiculopathy. They just put me on neurontin and lidocaine patches. Has anyone out there had any experience with ridiculopathy. I am in pain every single day. The patches arent helping at all and I know i have to give the neurontin time so im willing to give it a try. I also have been getting facet nerve block injections and just trigger point injections. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you so much.
