Penguin Windows was a window dealer for Great Lakes Windows. Great Lakes is the window manufacturer that Penguin used for their windows until they went bankrupt. Coastal Windows is the new Great Lakes Window dealer in New England and we will put any warranty claims through them for you. The manufacturer will still honor the lifetime warranty on product.
