Blood from both ears?

My sister had severe ear pain went to ER so they gave her antipyrine banzacaine drops sent her hm. Now she has bleeding from both ears to where she has to clean them out to hear. She has limited smell too. She cld hosp bk & they sd go to ENT they don't handle this. She has Lupus too. She has no $ to see a specialist. Did her eardrum bust in both ears? Why can't she smell? And why are they both filling up w/ blood if she went to ER for 1 ear now both are bleeding? I'm stuck hosp is ignoring her it could be a head injury too rt? Or side effect fm the otic drops?
