Dell Inspiron 1525 Screen Replacement?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop but the screen is busted and I'm trying to find a new screen. I've searched all over and all of the screens I've seen look differently in the back than the original... I was wondering if you have a new screen AND a new inverter, does the new screen have to be an exact replica of the original, or can it be any Dell Inspiron 1525 screen as long as there is a new inverter as well?
