Does this cost too much?

So, for my birthday my mom is going to buy me some makeup. I looked around and on BeautyChoice.com there is Coastal Scents Combo 5 for eyeshadow. Its all four of the Coastal Scents 88 Color palettes. Its $69.95 for it. So do you think its too much? The palettes are big and come in a wide range of colors and it should last me a while. I also read some reviews on the product and there were no complaints. So do you think I should get it? Thanks in advance.
