HP Pavilion dv6 HP TrueVision HD help?

i just bought this laptop the other day and the built in HP TrueVision HD cam is alrady busted somehow. It worked the first day no problem. Then the next all i get is a black screen for the camera feedback. Somehow the lighting is all messed up. When i hold a lit lightbuld to the cam is can show it with the darkness all around the bulb. so the cam can only see really bright objects. ive reinstalled the drivers and everything. help please =/
