I want to pursuit php language and its mobile facets?

i've been on some of the basic of php and i have already created a fully functional site from php and mysql. i want to delve deeper but the problem is i'm not sure where to start. the future of mobile is an auspicious facet of programming i believe that's why i want to push my envelope. what do you suggest?
