Im 14 and in the 7 grade HELP?

i am 14 and going into the 7 grade,i know that is bad because i never got retained but i never completed 2 school years because i was abused in school so my mom took me out. when i went back to school they pushed me down the stairs and i busted my lips as well as my skull. my question is. is there any way i could advance to my normal grade level im supposed to be.(9th) what should i do. i am barely going into the 7th grade.is there any test i could take to advance anything would be great. im in dallas,tx
