WHAT DO PEOPLE IN THE MIDDLE STATES LOOK LIKE?

I live in California and there are soooo many different kinds of people and different races and I know that in New York too there are different kinds of people too and it seems like that people tend to be mixed in the kinds like the coastal states like the outer ones but when i watch TV and there are people from middle states, there are usually white people with blue eyes. if you live in any of the middle states, what kinda of people do you usually see?? and why do you thin kit is the way it is?
